You have 10 calendar days from your account’s activation to request a refund if the service doesn’t meet your expectations. To claim it, contact our support (details below) with your order number and the reason for your request. Refunds are processed within 5 business days of the request being approved. After this 10-day window, the standard conditions below apply.
Delivery Failure
A full refund is granted if LevelUp IPTV is unable to deliver your order.
Defective or Incorrect Product
A refund or replacement is offered in case of an error with the delivered product or a non-working activation code. Contact our support within 48 hours of your purchase to claim it.
Activation Issue
If your activation code cannot be activated for any reason, a refund or replacement may be offered.

Delivery Time
